Sasser Home Builders has an extensive network of communities that we have developed across the Goldsboro/Wayne County area. Our communities include modest country-living to more modern patio homes such as our upcoming Mallard Pointe community. All of our community homes are gorgeous and moderately priced. Please choose from one of the links to the right to learn more about one of our communities. Newer communities are listed first with older communities towards the bottom of the list. Also, you can use the map below this section as a geographical guide.

Mallard Pointe Estates

Mallard Pointe Estates, our newest development, is located adjacent to Mallard Pointe Patio Homes and is focused on traditional single family homes. Mallard Pointe Estates offers large lots ranging from 3/4 of an acre to 3 and 3/4 acres. These lots have a beautiful view of the two ponds that are in place in the community.

Mallard Pointe Patio Homes

Mallard Point, located off Hinnant Road in Wayne County is a unique patio-home community. Settle into country living of the south with maintenance-free living. Mallard Pointe also offers a secure and secluded storage area for boats and RVs for those that spend part of their time away from home. Complete exterior maintenance included in Home Owners Association Fees. Mallard Pointe includes too many amenities to list. We as well offer beautiful common areas for family gatherings and birthday parties.

Carolyn’s Ridge

This community is surrounded by beautiful farm land and is located on Pikeville-Princeton Rd. Commuters will love this new development as it is just 3 miles from Hwy. 70 in Princeton (Johnston Co.) & 3 miles from Hwy. 581. There are app. 92 lots in Carolyns Ridge with homes ranging between 1300 and 1800 square feet. The community was started in 2005 and is currently underway with several lots to choose from. It is located in the Northwest-Norwayne-CB Aycock School District as well.

Goose Creek

The Goose Creek Community is Sasser Home Builders largest development to date and is one of the premiere communities of Wayne County. This beautiful setting is located on Rose Rd. and Nor-Am Road in Pikeville, NC. It is in the Northwest-Norwayne-CB Aycock School District and is only 1/4 mile from Northwest Elementary School. Goose Creek is only 2 1/2 miles from the new 117 Hwy. and Hwy. 581.

The community boast of 162 beautiful lots and was started in 2003. Goose Creek is currently underway with several lots still left to choose from. The homes of the Goose Creek Community range between 1500 and 2700 square feet. Sasser has recently executed a new land acquisition that is located on Hinnant Rd.

Cherry Grove

Cherry Grove is located on Vail Rd. approximately 1 mile from Buck Swamp Rd. in Pikeville, NC. This community was started in 1996 and completed in 2002.

Cherry Grove consists of 115 homes ranging between 1300 and 1700 heated square feet. The community is also located in the Northwest-Norwayne-CB Aycock School District. This community and many others that Sasser Home Builders develops are located within minutes of the new Shoppes at Goldsboro which contains a Wal-Mart Super Center and many other stores.

Woodridge Estates

Woodridge Estates is located on Nahunta Rd. in Pikeville, NC. This quiet community is conveniently located just 2 miles from the new 117 Hwy. Woodridge constists of 45 homes ranging between 1500 and 2000 square feet. The community was opened in 1999 and completed in 2003. The Scool Dist. is the same as above.

The Oaks

The Oaks is another quiet community located on Gurley-Dairy Road just 1/4 mile off Hwy. 581. This community constists of 28 homes in the 1200-1500 range. The Oaks was started in 2003 and completed app. 1 year later in 2004. The Oaks lies in the same School District as the above mentioned.

Myrtle Wood

Myrtlewood is also located on Vail Road in Pikeville, NC. This community, along with Cherry Grove, is only minutes from Hwy. 581 and the new 117 Hwy. Myrtlewood has 32 homes that range between 1100 and 1250 square feet. It is also in the Northwest-Norwayne-CB Aycock School District.

Shiloe Drive

Shiloe Drive was one of Sasser Home Builders first projects. These homes are located on Perkins Road in Pikeville, NC and are in the Northwest-Norwayne-C.B. Aycock School Dist. The street features 13 homes built in 1991. Heated space of these homes are between 1200 and 1500 sq. ft.
